Fatal Road Traffic Accident Claims.

A 24-year-old man has died and a 17-year-old is in critical condition in result to a road traffic accident.

The tragic death and serious injury to the child, it is believed, occurred when they was travelling in a white Ford Fiesta, which was travelling north, when it collided with another vehicle.  The 24-year-old driver tried to swerve out-of-the-way, but collided with a tree. Killing him and his 17-year-old passenger who is in critical condition.

The passenger was transported to hospital along with the 24-year-old driver, the 17-year-old still remains in critical condition suffering with serious head and back injuries.

The 24-year-old died 2 hours post-accident, a further post-mortem took place and confirmed he died due to serious head injuries including internal bleeding on the brain.

Fatal Accident Solicitors – Road Deaths

A grieving woman died in a head-on collision just weeks after her husband died.

It appears that the deceased’s vehicle seemed to be “drifting” which suggests she was tired and lost concentration which caused this fatality.

The driver of the vehicle which was involved in this head-on collision was airlifted to hospital and was later discharged with just minor injuries to her legs and chest.

Following this fatality there was an inquest were it was believed that the weeks following up to this incident the deceased had been suffering with sleeping problems due to the loss of her husband for 30 years.

Later on in the inquest it was confirmed the clear reason for this fatality was due to lack of sleep which caused lack of concentration which caused her to travel in the wrong lane and collide head-on with a vehicle.
