Ambulance involved in a fatal accident

An ambulance was making a routine trip to see a patient for dialysis at a trip that has been made half a dozen times. Two paramedics in the ambulance where heading north when they saw a black Mercedes-Benz coming in their direction. The driver of the Mercedes failed to stop at a stop sign causing the fatal road traffic accident claim.

The paramedics accelerated hoping to miss the vehicle all together though the Mercedes hit the back of the ambulance causing the emergency vehicle to spin out of control. The vehicle only stopped when it hit a guardrail.

The ambulance did not have the light or sirens on at the time the fatal road traffic car accident occurred.

The patient of 58 years old was on a stretcher in the back of the ambulance. The collision made her go into cardiac arrest. One of the paramedics who was still in a daze gave her CPR but 38 minutes later she was pronounced dead.

The driver of the Mercedes who is 61 years old said she did not see the stop sign. She is facing charges of being negligent when driving, failure to stop and slow down and death by dangerous driving.

Car accident due to water/ice

A male of 18 years old has died due to a car crash.  It is reported that the road traffic accident involved a a young male who was speeding up to 70 mph in a 45 mph road when the crash occurred.

He drove over water or ice which made him lose control of the car.

He spun off the road hitting a tree which caused him to go airborne exactly five feet. The car was 100 feet in a ditch.

The fatal accident police report stated that the young male was not wearing a seatbelt.

A building collapsed causing 51 fatals

A fatal accident claim, left 51 people dead when the roof of a supermarket fell in. Officials said at least 25 more people are trapped in the rubble and hope is fading. More than 100 people were in the building when it fell at 5:45pm.

Emergency services are trying to clear the concrete and other building materials in hope to save more people.

Three firefighters who rushed to the seen to help victims also died in the secondary collapse. Witnesses said it was a terrifying experience, slabs of concrete, wires, metal and glass all fell then the building went dark.

It was also said that escape exits where blocked by electronic gates. More than 35 people were injured, 28 where hospitalised including 10 firefighters. 200 firefighters stayed on the scene.

1 man dead and 3 women seriously injured through 9 month baby survives

A Ford Fiesta crashed with a Vauxhall Vectra on the A1114 Essex Yeomanry Way at 13:00 pm.  The fatal car accident claim involved the death of one man and three women were seriously injured. A 20 year old man was a passenger in the Ford died at the scene, the driver 18 was air lifted to hospital in a critical but stable condition. The two women passengers 68 and 64 were also took to hospital where there conditions are stable. Also traveling in the car with the 18 and 20 year old was a nine month old baby who survived but was still taken to hospital under precaution.

9 year old boy survives car crash

A 9 year old boy was involved in a car crash with his mother, father and two siblings. He was the only survivor but his parents were killed in the tragic road traffic accident claim. The boy managed to escape the car and call for help, a local farmer heard the young boy before the car went up in flames. Killing his parents and his sister 6 and brother 2.

A witness to the fatal car accident said that the young boy called for help as he was trying to get out of the crushed car after the truck rolled on top of it, He also said his mother and father were dead as he was trying to get out of the car.

A passer-by took the child away from the scene and waited for the emergency services. The family had been driving the children to school and take the youngest to the hospital.

The driver of the truck was charged with 4 counts of death by driving, failing to stop at a stop sign and reckless driving.
