Fatal Accident Claims – Road Accidents
A 70 year-old pensoner has died in result of a fatal road accident.
It is believed the deceased collided head on with a Ford Fiesta which resulted in a 5 year-old child and 36 year-old man being transported to hopsital but there conditions are believed not to be serious.
It was later found the 70 year-old man lost concentration when he veered into the wrong lane, causing the Ford Fiesta to try and veer out of the way but unfortunately had no space to do so causing a head on collision.
Due to the fatality, the family are entitled to make a Fatal Accident Claims on behalf of their deceased family member.
