Compensation for fatal accident at work

Compensation for fatal accident at work

It is believed the worker was attaching the relevant cords to a vehicle in order to join the two of them together when both units started to slowly roll forward so the deceased ran in front of them were he became crushed between the cab unit and another trailer.

The deceased suffered multiple injuries to his head, back, neck and chest and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services.

A full investigation took place where it was found that the fatal accident at work occurred due to a drivers’ error.
