Two workers died and one in a serious condition due to a fatal accident at work.

The three employees were working temporary to unload objects from a shipping container when a large pile of timber tipped on top of them, causing two men to die at the scene and leave the other one in serious condition in hospital.

It is believed each timber piece weighed 45 tonnes, the survivor believes to have serious damage to his chest and upper body.

The two employees who died had a post-mortem took out on each of them and found that one suffered a serious bleed to the brain and the other one suffered serious injuries to his chest resulting in him being unable to breath so he tragically lost his life.
