Fatal Car Crash Claims Four Lives

Regrettably a car crash has killed 4 people in pile up involving four lorries and four cars on the A34 close to East Ilsley.  The fatal car accident is reported in the Daily Mirror online.

The road where the tragic fatal car accident happened was closed causing huge tailbacks.

The emergency services were at the scene and a man was reported to be flown to the John Radcliffe Hospital by air ambulance.

An ambulance service spokeswoman Michelle Archer said:

“We were assessing and treating a total of 16 patients.

“Four people were confirmed deceased at the scene.

“Two patients were taken by land ambulance to Royal Berkshire Hospital with minor injuries.
