Fatal road traffic accident compensation

Fatal road traffic accident compensation

It is believed a 24-year-old was on her way back from an drama class when she died due to overtaking her car on a dark road which collided with a tree.

The deceased was travelling on a long stretch of road in her Peugeot 206, when she did not see a Fiat Panda travelling toward her until it was too late and swerved back across to her side of the road before colliding with a tree.

Emergency services attended the scene of the fatal car accident where it is believed she was trapped her vehicle and she could not be cut free quickly enough for attempts to resuscitate her and was unfortunately pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.

A witness advised that the road was very dark and you could not see along the road where she overtook, he saw the car swerving back onto its side of the road where the vehicle tragically collided head on with a tree.

It has been discovered the 24-year-old deceased died of multiple injuries due to a road traffic collision.
