Fatal accident – cyclist
Quick fatal accident claim blog:
Police were only minutes away from the scene of a fatal bike accident but failed to save him. An ambulance was called within minutes but the the cyclist was pronounced dead at hospital. The fatal injuries were caused by a collision with a HGV lorry on a busy city road. There were several witnesses who attested to the fact that the HGV lorry failed to signal whilst turning left and even look in his mirror.
The cyclist was intending to pedal straight ahead at the junction but was knocked down by the lorry when it turned left. In such circumstances the cyclist’s immediate family, would have a loss of dependency award for future loss of earnings and of course, for the fatal accident injuries sustained.
