School boy killed during school hours
Keywords: Fatal accident solicitors, fatal accident claims, Fatal school accident
A Mother and Father sued a £30,000 per year school after they failed their duty of care to their son.
The two claim that their son and his classmates should have been supervised by an adult as they crossed a busy road to get to the school’s rugby pitches.
Their son was sadly knocked down by a car on the busy road and before even identifying the boy’s body or informing the parents, the school almost immediately posted the news on their school website.
The parent’s solicitors said they had received a letter from the school admitting liability.
