Fatal accident at work claims.
A 37-year-old construction worker died due to an accident at work. The death at work is believed to be as a result of struck by a large piece of plywood which fell from a fence she was standing just yards from.
The deceased was transported to hospital with her condition was described as “stable but serious”. She was later pronounced dead, she suffered serious injuries to her head, neck and back.
Due to this fatality the family of the deceased made an fatal accident at work claims against her employer, they was later fined £4,000 due to failing to provide a safe work enviroment.
